Landmark Forum心得收获 – 谨代表个人观点

我从第一次听到Landmark Forum到我参加Landmark Forum，其中经历了一年半的时间。我最初的反应是我不需要它，因为我觉得我什么都明白。后来是厌烦，因为它象多层传销那样拉人。我一度下定决心，如果我的朋友再向我提起Landmark，我要和她翻脸绝交。但我庆信我让自己的心态开放了一次。

于是我参加了Landmark Forum。其中我最大的收获就是明白了我可以选择积极的心态来面对生活中发生的一切。我选择了爱，自信，勇气。结果是我找回了内心的平静，更好的家庭关系。而且我明白了怎么去持之以恒地追求我的选择。

知易行难。Landmark难得之处就在于它提供了一种心态开放的环境，我可以在这个环境中接受锻炼 –锻炼在任何情况下选择自己的心态；可以在这个环境中学习别人的经验和教训。而且它有一套支持机制，可以在我回到真实生活中之后继续追求我的选择，在生活中持续锻炼选择的能力。

Landmark没有宣扬宗教但不排斥宗教，它吸收了东西方宗教与哲学的核心 – 爱，原谅与信念。

每个人都可以选择不同的方式去领悟生活。与我而言，LM是物有所值的方式。
