在參加Landmark
Forum時，我邀請了父親出席星期二晚的結業聚會。對我來說，這是一件大事，因為這是多年來我第一次邀請父親參加任何活動。
從參與Landmark
Forum，我察覺到自己因為家境比已前衰落，因而一直沉默地對父母懷著一顆怨恨的心。雖然多年以來父親悉心養育我，教導我，我卻因為現在好景不再，便抱著一個像十幾歲的失落少年的埋怨。
在聚會小息時，我袒誠地與父親分享我所領略到的一切。我告訴他我一向都以消極的態度對待身邊的人，而現在我再不會這樣。我感動地哭著，並向父親道歉。他雙眼含淚望著我，說我是個堂堂正正的男兒了。他更因為我令他落淚而打了我一記。

Forum很清晰地看到自己一向都在逃避責任。我看到自己遏過去無論在工作、交朋友或人際關係上都是那麼消極。現在

、很美好的女子訂婚了 -- 我們當初走在一起的時候，她原本是要離開香港的。
再者，我終於和舊女友清楚交代好以往的關係，現在我們已解除心中芥蒂，能自自然然地跟對方溝通。
當我完成Landmark
Forum之後，我不但因圓滿地了結自己的心事而得到解脫，我更領略到為自己及自己關愛的人去創造新開始的那種難能可貴
、興奮喜悅的自由境界。
