Landmark Forum in Manila, the Philippines.
Oct 24, 25, 26, 28, 2008

Marsha Golangco

A family for transformation, the transformation of family.

Landmark Introduction Leader Marsha Golangco. My husband is Eric Golangco, formerly of Manila, Philippines; he has been living in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. He took the Landmark Forum in 1992.  Eric' sister is Evelyn Cu-Unjieng. She completed the Landmark Forum in 1993 in San Francisco and is an active member on the team to empower and fulfill the first Landmark Forum in Manila.

All my three children are Landmark Forum graduates, they took their Landmark Forum For Young People in 1992, 1993 & 1995. My oldest daughter is Madeline; she reviewed the Landmark Forum in 1994: the first Asian Forum in San Francisco. She graduated from University of California at Davis, and is now teaching English in Japan. My second daughter is Elaine, in the first year at University of California at Irvine. My son Wesley, is in the first year of high school in Alamo, California.

Both my sisters, Deanna Cheung and May Lau, took the Landmark Forum in 1993. As one of us took the Landmark Forum, the others would see the breakthroughs and the benefits of it and reached out for the access by taking the Landmark Forum for themselves. Transformation is then available to us at the level of family.

Communication and relatedness is readily available and present; we can speak from our heart and be authentic with each other. We live in love, care, compassion and forgiveness for each other every day. It is a promise of family being made true.

From the transformation of family, a promise to the world.

I have benefited a lot from the training and development with Landmark Education...... evolving from a social butterfly to community activist to a global leader. I see myself transformed from a passive, self-absorbed individual to an active, community-minded person. I still have my "rackets" and "winning formulas", and I get off of them as quickly as I recognize them. It makes life so much more fun and complete.

My promise to the world is: "By 2030, All Life lives in Beauty, Harmony and Prosperity; the world works for all."

Bringing the Landmark Forum to Asia by 2020 is a commitment to fulfill this larger promise to the world. I see the Landmark Forum as a powerful vehicle for positive changes, causing cultural and individual transformation to happen in that part of the world.

There have been breakthroughs and breakdowns in speaking for the possibility of having the Landmark Forum in Manila, Philippines and in Asia. However, with the commitment of many, we are all in alignment, together we cause transformation in the Philippines and Asia, which will play increasingly important role in the world. I invite you in any way that empowers to participate with us.

Warm Regards,
Marsha Golangco

If I were to wish for anything, I should not wish for wealth and power, but for a passionate sense of what might be, for the eye, which ever young and ardent sees the possible. Pleasure disappoints, possibility never. And what wine is so sparkling, what so fragrant, what so intoxicating as possibility! Søren Kierkegaard.
